Salon Policies 

Children

 

We LOVE Children at Mirage; however, as a courtesy to our other salon guests, and in our effort to offer a relaxed atmosphere, we ask that you are aware that it is your responsibility to watch your children at all times while at the salon. If you are unable to do this we ask that you reschedule your appointment. 

Check In

 

Should you arrive 15 minutes late for your appointment, your appointment will be shortened or re-scheduled to allow the stylist to be on time for the next guest.

Cancellation & No-Shows

 

To avoid charges, please provide 24 hour notice for ANY cancellation or changes. If it happens more than once we take a credit card number to reserve any appointment, and if you have a no-show you will be charged the full amount. 

Prices

Prices are subject to change without notice

Returns/Exchanges

Unused retail purchases may be exchanged within one week of purchase

Eyelash Extension Customers 

 

When Scheduling your first full set appointment, a $75 non-refundable deposit will be required.

​

Be sure to pre-book at least 3-4 lash fill appointments as we are very busy and can not guarantee an appointment within the same week.

​

Please note that if you do not give us at least a 24 hour notice before canceling an appointment you will be required to pay for your upcoming fill prior to coming in for that visit.  

​

*If you are missing more than half of your lashes you will be charged a $100 re-lash fee.
